The town of Alton Illinois and surrounding areas seem to have a problem with bartenders serving brew in the nude.  The second woman in one month has been arrested after being found working in a birthday suite.  Police came to the Pub Room, where Jamie Day, seen in the mugshot above, works as a bartender.
