Did you know its possible for somebody to steal there own stuff?  Former Major League Baseball  Player Lenny Dykstra did it and now he’s in major league trouble after being targeted by feds for “estate jacking” himself by embezzling over $400k from his bankrupt estate.

According to the U.S. Attorney in L.A.,  48-year-old Dykstra was arrested by local authorities and charged with one felony count of embezzling from a bankruptcy estate.

Dykstra is not legally allowed to sell off any of the items that make up the bankruptcy estate.  The property must only be used to pay off debts to creditors and all transactions must be initiated by a court-appointed trustee.

Dykstra apparently was looking for a way to get around this and in his classic “Nail & Dude” fashion loaded up a ton of his expensive personal items into a U-Haul truck — including furnishings and fixtures — and sold them to an L.A. consignment store.

Officials say Dykstra was also trying to discretely sell some of the estate’s property on eBay and Craigslist … including sports memorabilia.  Dykstra is also accused of ripping out a $50,000 sink from his $18 million L.A. area mansion … and installing it in his office in Camarillo.

If convicted, the bankrupt slugger faces up to five years in federal prison.

Women all over the world will no longer have to deal with leaky breast, plugged ducts, and achy nipples in order to provide the best nutrition to their newborns. They will soon be able to pick up a pint of nature’s best at the local supermarket leaving on shelves that mystery concoction called infant formula.

Scientists have bred 300 cattle with human genes to make their milk contain the same nutrients and fat content as breast milk.
Babies will soon be fed on ‘human’ milk produced by cows in the wake of these latest developments in genetic modification.

But not everyone is perky about the news and some have condemned the move as unsafe for human consumption

Human milk differs from cows’ milk in several important ways. It contains high quantities of nutrients beneficial to a baby’s brain development, growth and immune system.

Cows’ milk is much harder for a baby to digest, has less fat and fewer carbohydrates and contains no antibodies that protect against disease.
The milk benefits calves by providing the nutrients that build the big strong bodies that cows tend to have as they grow older.

Some believe cows’ milk properties have affected the average size of human beings and resulted in children developing mature sexual organs at earlier ages.

So will one side affect of this great leap in genetically modified foods be that humans become smaller with bigger heads. Also will we no longer see as many postpartum women walking around with those juicy milk engorged breast. Oh boy! Do the benefits out way the cost?

Oregon is a nudist state where people can legally walk around in nothing but tennis shoes or even mow the lawn in the buff. Nudist now feel their right to naked recreation may be in danger and have come out in full force -fully clothed- to ask Oregon’s Legislature not to let their lifestyle get wrapped up in an effort to regulate strip clubs.

“We want to protect our rights,” said John Kinman, past president of the American Association for Nude Recreation, which has joined the American Civil Liberties Union in opposing the measure to regulate “the location at which a business or organization may offer live entertainment or other services performed by a person in a state of nudity.”

Oregon residents who love to have fun in the nude feel that language in the bill would allow cities to prohibit Nude Clubs from hosting Nude Karaoke which can be considered live entertainment in the nude or prevent a nude plumber from snaking pipes in the buff which can be considered a service.

Opponents of the bill were upset that no one representing the interest of strip clubs showed up to testify against the proposed law, leaving it up to the not so sexy grey haired people, who often take advantage of Oregon’s liberal nudity laws, to defend against the measure.

It is not clear when and if Oregon’s Senate Judiciary Committee will vote on the bill.

Japan’s recent earthquake and ensuing devastation may be God sent.  Who’s crappy line is that anyway? Is it Pat Robertson? Hell No! But if your thinking Glen Beck Your God Damn Right! Unsurprisingly, the nutty conservative talk show host, took to his radio show to imply that God may have used an earthquake to destroy parts of Japan in order to send us evil people a strong 9.0 on the Ricter Scale message.

Glen Beck said, “I’m not saying God is, you know, causing earthquakes,” quickly adding, “I’m not not saying that either.”

Hey Guys, the next time you see a good pair of juggers, don’t feel bad about indulging in a good stare because your life may depend on it. German Researchers concluded in a recent study that it is actually healthy to stare at a woman’s breasts.

The study consisted of Five-hundred men of which half were told to refrain from looking at breasts for five years and the other half was encouraged to eye ball them daily.

The study found the men who stared at breasts more often showed lower rates of heart problems, a lower resting heart rate and lower blood pressure.

The authors of the study recommend that men stare at breasts for 10 minutes a day. So Women Instead of throwing a fit when you catch a guy locked onto your cleavage, just give those breast a little jiggle and tell him “Live Long And Prosper.”
