Here is another believe the hot mess or not story out of Asia. A South Korean woman who has attempted the written part of a driving exam 771 times, has failed again on her 771st attempt. The 68-year-old, who is known by her family name Cha, took the first exam in April of 2005 and has been flunking miserably ever since then. It is reported that she has paid over $2700 dollars for all of the exams with her all time highest grade maxing out at 50 out of 100 questions. 60 is needed to pass the exam. The repeater hasn’t lost hope though. She is gearing up for her 772nd attempt. Study hard Cha.
