A British man decides to take a skinny dip in a moat surrounding the Japanese Emperor’s palace. He single-handedly outmatched police as he eluded them with slippery moves, water splashing and rock throwing. He eventually scales a wall butt naked, but awaiting cops nabbed him. He was detained for questioning. and later released. They probably should have sent out animal control for this one.
